These are nice blocks - as good as the more expensive ones.They are heavy, but that's what you get with solid cork - and that makes them more substantial and stable.
The Pandemic kept me away from the gym and I cannot imagine ever going back. I found on-line yoga and exercise and I am much more comfortable doing both in my home. I have been accumulating the tools necessary to do my routines. One of the items missing from my “kit” was a set of yoga blocks – I was using two pieces of wood and the splinters got to be too much for me. I am very happy to have these to complement my yoga sessions. I know it doesn’t affect the yoga routine, but I love the feel of the cork – and it is certainly better than wood. They are not cheap, but they are quality. I am thrilled with them.
I'm not very flexible but I like beginners yoga to stretch and try to improve my balance and range of motion.I've put off buying yoga blocks for years hoping that I'd be flexible enough to reach the ground without them eventually. I really should have gotten the blocks a long time ago because it makes it so much easier to maintain balance in some positions.The cork is smooth to the touch and good quality. They are light enough to move around with one hand. The broad side is large enough for my whole hand. They are sturdy and work well.Highly recommend for people getting into yoga.
